Where to Engrave
- Caseback (most common): The flat back of the watch case — the largest engraving surface, visible when the watch is removed
- Inner caseback: Some watches with exhibition casebacks have a flat ring around the glass that can accommodate short text

Important: Exhibition (see-through) casebacks cannot be engraved on the glass. If the watch has an exhibition back, ask the engraver about the metal rim or consider clasp engraving instead.
